Virgin Media

Part of a bigger project to refresh Virgin Media’s employer brand, I was tasked with designing materials to advertise for customer service roles that encapsulate the Virgin Media employer brand’s motto, that ‘If it’s not Virgin Media, it’s just a job.’

Using a specific visual style and tone of voice to attract the right candidates, I designed simple, but bold pieces, that use quirky character icons to illustrate the power of communication, which is vital to a job in customer service. The messaging is important, and reiterates throughout the materials that ‘a job with Virgin Media is no ordinary job’.
